Privacy Policy & Data Compliance Statement

Effective Date: June 2026. This document defines Zaza Organization's operational policies regarding data capture, processing, protection, and security compliance.

1. Core Principles of Data Stewardship

At Zaza Organization, we operate under a strict "intelligence first, privacy always" mandate. Unlike consumer platforms, Zaza does not sell, trade, or monetize transactional data. Information captured through our diagnostics, operating systems, and ecosystem platforms is used solely to generate strategic intelligence, optimize execution, and connect verified organizations to commercial opportunities.

2. Zero-Trust Security Architecture

Our systems under execution pressure are protected by a unified resilience framework:

  • Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 standards.
  • Access Control: We enforce Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) across all administration systems.
  • Physical Operations: Continuous infrastructure audits are managed through our secure physical Security Operations Center (SOC).

3. Uganda Data Protection Compliance

Zaza Organization fully complies with the Uganda Data Protection and Privacy Act and other applicable regional regulatory frameworks across Africa. Users and organizations retain full ownership of their digital economic history and hold the right to:

  • Review the records stored within their Digital Economic Passport.
  • Rectify operational or organizational details.
  • Withdraw consent for ecosystem matchmaking and discovery.
  • Request complete erasure of diagnostic files once engagements conclude.

4. Lead Capture and Contact Information

When you submit a Strategic Diagnostic Request, Consultation Booking, Partnership Inquiry, or Newsletter subscription, we collect contact details, organization size, sector, and diagnostic priorities. This data is routed directly to our secure internal CRM to evaluate strategic fit and scope diagnostics. We do not run external tracking scripts on our B2B forms.
